Service & parts

Technical support beyond the equipment transaction

An imaging system is only as good as the support behind it. We keep systems running long after the delivery documents are signed.

Servicing

  • Preventive maintenance
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Equipment repairs
  • Hardware and software support
  • Replacement-part sourcing

Spare parts

MRI RF shielding

Faraday cages engineered, produced and installed

Every MRI examination room needs a radio-frequency shield. We engineer, manufacture and install the complete enclosure, and coordinate it with the equipment schedule so the room is ready when the magnet arrives.

  • Copper shielding panels for walls, floor and ceiling
  • RF doors and RF windows
  • Filter panels and filter cabinets for every penetration
  • Interior cladding, suspended ceiling, lighting and flooring
  • Electrical and ventilation components
  • Shielding-effectiveness testing coordination

Why Radiology Invest Group

Equipment expertise and project coordination in one place

  • International equipment sourcing

Access to systems and configurations through an international network of sellers, dealers and asset owners.

  • Technical inspection coordination

Inspection and technical assessment arranged before purchase decisions, so condition is verified rather than assumed.

  • Transparent documentation

Configuration, software version, coil list and system status documented and confirmed in the commercial documentation.

  • Servicing and parts support

Maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and replacement components after the equipment is in operation.

  • Deinstallation and logistics

Rigging, export packing, documentation coordination and transport handled as one continuous scope.

We understand the room around the equipment: shielding, infrastructure, planning and installation coordination.

How we work

A defined sequence, from requirement to long-term support

Every project is different, but the coordination steps stay the same. You always know which stage the project is in and what happens next.

  1. Requirement consultation

Clinical objective, technical constraints, destination, timeline and budget frame.

  2. Identification or assessment

Sourcing suitable systems, or assessing the equipment already on site.

  3. Inspection and documentation

Technical inspection coordination, configuration and software documentation, photographs and reports.

  4. Commercial proposal

Scope, components, responsibilities, delivery terms and conditions set out in writing.

  5. Delivery and installation

Deinstallation, logistics, shielding and installation coordinated through to commissioning.

  6. Ongoing technical support

Maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and spare parts once the system is in operation.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions buyers ask first

Does Radiology Invest Group sell used and refurbished MRI and CT systems?

Yes. We trade used and refurbished MRI, CT and other imaging systems, and source specific manufacturers, models and configurations through an international network of sellers, dealers and asset owners. Systems are documented with configuration, software version, coil list and system status before purchase.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We are based in Bucharest, Romania, inside the European Union, and support projects across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Export packing, customs-documentation coordination and international transport are handled as part of the delivery scope.

What does MRI RF shielding involve?

An MRI examination room must be enclosed in a radio-frequency shield, usually a copper Faraday cage. The scope covers copper shielding panels for walls, floor and ceiling, an RF door, an RF window, filter panels and a filter cabinet for every electrical and mechanical penetration, plus interior finishes such as cladding, suspended ceiling, lighting and flooring. We engineer, produce and install these components.

Can you deinstall and transport an MRI scanner from an existing site?

Yes. The scope includes site assessment, magnet ramp-down or cryogen handling coordination, technical deinstallation, rigging, wall openings where required, export packing, customs-documentation coordination and international transport.

Do you supply spare parts for MRI and CT systems?

Yes. We supply MRI coils and accessories, CT X-ray tubes, detectors, electronic boards, workstations and system-specific components as new, refurbished or tested used parts, with international delivery. Parts can be identified from photographs, part numbers and system labels.

What is a turnkey radiology project?

It covers everything between the decision to install imaging equipment and the first clinical scan: equipment selection, room planning and technical drawings, RF shielding, electrical and HVAC infrastructure, civil-works coordination, delivery, installation, commissioning and long-term technical support — coordinated under one scope of responsibility.

How do I request a quotation?

Send the modality, manufacturer and model if known, the intended room or site, the destination country and your timeline to office@radinvestgroup.com, or call +40 771 028 545. A written proposal sets out scope, components, responsibilities and delivery terms.

Are you affiliated with Siemens, GE, Philips or Canon?

No. Radiology Invest Group is an independent supplier and is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any equipment manufacturer. Manufacturer names and model designations are used for identification purposes only.
